Deep and Dark - February 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd

Erica has spent over a decade working in mental health, and for the past five years has supported adults exploring identity, intimacy, meaning, and sexuality in private practice. She delights in helping people reclaim their stories and weave deeper, more authentic narratives about their lives—drawing on existential feminism, somatic practice, and intersectional inquiry.

Erica believes that pleasure and purpose are inseparable, and that eros, the life force of vitality, creation, and connection, moves through every aspect of being human. Her practice centers queer and trans people, those in non-traditional relationships, and anyone seeking a more embodied, meaningful, and self-chosen life.
