Mitzi Jones is an international artist, actress, and career and life coach with over 25 years of experience.

Having performed on stages from London and New York to Rome, she now calls qathet home.

Specializing in the Strasberg-developed Relaxation technique, Mitzi helps people release tension, connect with their authentic selves, and move through life with greater freedom and truth.

Class Types

  • Step into your afternoon with strength and grace.  This Barre class blends ballet-inspired moves with Pilates core work and functional conditioning to sculpt and tone your whole body. Expect pulsing, holds, flowing sequences and upbeat energy that builds stamina without impact. Perfect for resetting after your workday and leaving you lengthened, energized and ready for your evening. 

  • Looking for a fun twist on your routine? This 40-minute class combines rhythmic drumming on a stability ball with the calming flow of chair yoga. Whether you're seated or standing, it's all about moving, grooving, and feeling good. No experience needed, just bring your energy and a smile!

  • Elevate Pilates, is a low-impact, high-repetition, full body mat workout! This workout combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with some muscular sculpting and ballet-inspired movements of barre. By performing controlled movements and coordinating breath we target deep muscles in the core, glutes, legs, and arms. The class focuses on improving posture, and building balanced strength and flexibility, on your mat.

  • End your day with movement, breath, and maybe the occasional soundtrack of bowling balls above. This evening class is the perfect way to release tension, reset your nervous system, and ease into a restful night. With a calming blend of slow flow, deep stretches, and grounding poses, we’ll help you let go of the day—even if the bowlers upstairs are still hanging on. All levels welcome; laughter encouraged.

  • This fiery and spicy class is a one indoor rowing class that will be half rowing and half core, mobility and bodyweight exercises. 

    This class will focus on your core, aka your powerhouse. We will be working all stabilizing muscles surrounding your spine and all muscles that hold your body in balance and keep you aligned.

    Rowing will fire up your core and cardio and then we will come off the rower and fire up your powerhouse even more with body weight exercises or using ball and/or bands.

  • This dynamic, strength-building yoga class will have you flowing, sweating, and feeling unstoppable. With strong sequences, balance challenges, and core work, Power Yoga is all about tapping into your inner fire. Expect to move with purpose, breathe with intensity, and maybe laugh a little. All levels welcome!

  • A fun, fast paced class which uses the rowing machines to get your heart rate up, paired with strength training intervals. We use a variety of equipment, as well as your body weight, to get a well balanced, high intensity workout. 

    You will hit every muscle group, get a sweat on and have a great time doing it, all in 45 minutes.

  • Start strong with Rise + Grind, a high-energy morning class that fuses full-body strength training with dynamic HIIT circuits. Designed to wake up your muscles and metabolism, this class will challenge your endurance, build power, and leave you feeling fired up for the day ahead.

    Expect fast-paced intervals, functional movement, resistance work, and motivating playlists to keep you pushing through every rep. All levels welcome — modifications always offered, intensity encouraged.

    Grind it out. Rise up. Own your morning.

  • This is a rowing class with strength training intervals. A great class for all fitness levels we use rowing machines (ergs) to deliver a low-impact, full-body workout. Rowing uses 90% of your muscles and strength and cardio simultaneously, making it a unique, complete workout,  one of the most well balanced workouts available.  Mixed with various strength training intervals and various rowing drills, this is a beautiful full body workout which builds strength, stamina, and brings on some serious sweat:) Whether you're new or a seasoned rower, this class welcomes and supports all fitness levels. 

  • This energizing class focuses on building functional strength through a mix of heart rate boosting intervals resistance-based using TRX and the rowing machine.  This is a balanced workout which targets major muscle groups, boosts metabolism, and leaves you feeling strong, empowered and sweaty!

    All levels welcome—modifications and motivation included.

  • A fun challenging class! LYT movement integrates yoga, physiotherapy and functional movement principles. Focusing on core integration, posture alignment, smart movement and mind-body connection. 

    Level 1: Beginner  

    Level 2/3: Intermediate/advanced
